SMS & Messaging Terms

If you give us your mobile number, here is exactly what to expect, and how to stop messages at any time.

These SMS & Messaging Terms apply to text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by BookBuilt LLC (“BookBuilt,” “we,” “us”). They are part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Consent is opt-in and not required to buy

We send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text, for example by checking a consent box or texting us first. Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply.

What we send and how often

Messages may include demo scheduling, replies to your questions, account or service updates, and occasional information about BookBuilt products you asked about. Message frequency varies. We do not send more than is reasonably needed for the purpose you signed up for.

How to stop messages (STOP) and get help (HELP)

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email luke@gobookbuilt.com.
  • You can also opt out at any time by emailing us and asking to be removed.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and delivery can vary.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used to send the messages described here and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Messages sent by agencies using our software

Some BookBuilt products let an independent agency send messages to its own contacts. When an agency runs such a program, that agency is the sender and is responsible for obtaining consent and for its own messaging terms and privacy practices. These Terms cover messages sent by BookBuilt itself, not campaigns operated by an agency through our tools.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
