BookBuilt is a software and automation company for independent insurance agencies. We are a technology vendor. We do not sell, quote, bind, or service insurance, and this site is not used to collect insurance applications or sensitive consumer data.

We keep this deliberately small. We collect:
- Information you give us. When you submit our demo or contact form, we collect your name, agency name, work email, optional phone number, the product you are interested in, and any message you choose to send.

Like most websites, we and our providers collect standard technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived, using cookies and similar technologies (including our analytics and CRM provider, HubSpot), for security, analytics, and to improve the site.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, dates of birth, policy numbers, or any other sensitive personal or insurance information through this website.
How we use information

Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and may be routed to the tools we use to manage outreach, analytics, and scheduling, including HubSpot (our CRM and analytics provider) and our email and calendar providers. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We share information with them only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies so the site works and so we can understand how visitors use it. We use HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) and analytics provider, which sets cookies to recognize returning visitors and measure site activity so we can improve the site and follow up with people who ask to hear from us. You can control or clear these cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep contact and demo information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our communications, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices

Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
