Built around the work of an agency.

Meet Luke and BookBuilt

A new prospect needs to know whether you can help. An existing client may need a service contact. Someone ready to request a quote needs a clear next step.

We plan those paths with you. Your website should explain the lines you write, introduce the people behind the agency, and distinguish a new-business inquiry from policy service. Your team decides what information belongs in the first conversation.

What your website can include.

We agree on the page list, form detail and review rounds in your proposal. These are the building blocks we consider together.

Clear coverage and service pages
A homepage and pages for the insurance lines you actually write, such as home, auto or business. Plain-language copy helps visitors understand who you help and what to ask next.
A useful quote-request path
Mobile-friendly inquiry forms with labeled fields and clear next steps. Start with a simple request or scope a more detailed journey around the information your team needs.
Your people and existing-client resources
Introduce your team using approved biographies and photos. Make your office contact details, service instructions and approved carrier or client-portal links easy to find.
Search foundations and launch checks
Readable page content, page-specific titles and descriptions, internal links and a sitemap. We check phone and desktop layouts, navigation and inquiry behavior before launch.

Custom quoting integrations, agency management system connections, large content migrations and advanced forms need their own scope. We confirm feasibility and cost before including them.

A website build.
A separate plan for care.

You own the website and domain. Starting prices help you plan; the agreed scope determines your final quote.

to your next one.

You work directly with Luke from the first mockup through the launch and ongoing updates.

  1. Show us your agency.

Share your website, the business you want to write and what feels difficult today. We create a free homepage mockup for you to review.

  2. Agree on the plan.

Choose the pages, request flow and content. We set the price, review rounds, responsibilities and schedule before building.

  3. Review, test and launch.

Your agency approves the copy and disclosures. We test the site, check the inquiry destination and plan the domain switch and any redirects.

  4. Keep the details current.

Send changes to your team, hours or services. Routine updates follow the care plan; larger additions get a separate quote.

Questions before a redesign.

Can you redesign our existing agency website?

Yes. We start with your current site and a free homepage mockup. Before switching, we review the pages and links you need to retain, plan redirects for changed addresses, and agree on the domain and hosting move. You keep ownership of your domain.

What do you need from our agency?

Your current website, logo, contact details, the lines of business you write, and the customers you want to reach. Share approved team photos, carrier logos you are allowed to use, and any required disclosures. We help organize the website copy; your agency reviews its accuracy before launch.

Can you connect our quoting tool or agency management system?

We review the exact tool and its available integration options before quoting. A link to your existing portal, an embedded form and a custom system connection are different scopes. Vendor subscriptions, access requirements and custom development are agreed separately; an integration is not assumed in the starting price.

Does a quote-request form provide an insurance quote?

Not by itself. A request form collects information for your team to review. It does not calculate a premium or bind coverage. We agree on the questions, destination and follow-up instructions for your agency; the Fairweather sample is a local demonstration that sends and saves nothing.

Is SEO included, and will the site bring us leads?

The build includes crawlable pages, descriptive titles and metadata, clear headings, internal links and sitemap setup. We write around the services you actually offer. Rankings, traffic and inquiries are not guaranteed. Ongoing content, search reporting and promotion are separate work to discuss and scope.

How long does an agency website take?

We agree on a schedule after reviewing the pages, forms and any system connections. Content approvals and access to your existing domain can affect the launch. Your proposal sets out the deliverables, review rounds and timing before the build begins.

Who owns the site, and what happens after launch?

You own the website and domain. The build is a one-time cost. Hosting and care start at $250 per month for basic hosting and routine updates. Your quote defines support and terms; new pages, custom features and larger changes are quoted separately.
